The Deaku Accelerator
Ninety days to a system you run yourself.
Six sessions across ninety days, for one creator, one brand or one team, or for a group of creators who take it together. You finish with the way you plan, publish and review written down and running without us.
- Price
- £5,000 standard
- Shape
- Solo or group
- Length
- 90 days, 6 sessions
That is the standard price. Every accelerator is priced on its own, so the figure is agreed with you before anything is booked.
Email us your channels and we will set the teardown up. Every accelerator starts with one, and there is no other route.
Who it is for
One of you, or a group of you.
An accelerator is one engagement sold to one client. That client is as often a single creator as it is a company, and the page is not going to pretend otherwise.
Solo
One creator, one brand or one team. One buying entity of any size, on any Deaku plan including the free one. If you are one person with a channel, this is built for you as much as it is for a marketing department.
Group
Several creators who go through it together. Everyone keeps their own Deaku account and their own workspace for their own content, and the group shares one accelerator workspace for the sessions.
Three levels, six different curriculums.
Beginner, intermediate and advanced, chosen for where you actually are rather than where you would like to be. A curriculum exists for every level at both shapes, and they are genuinely different documents, not one document with the hard parts switched off.
What you end up with
Four things, and all four outlive the engagement.
These are the outcomes the ninety days are built around. They are written as the state you are in at the end, because that is the only version of a promise you can hold us to.
A system your own people run
By day 90 the way you plan, publish and review is written down, and your own people run it without us. That is the whole aim of the ninety days: we are trying to make ourselves unnecessary, and you should be able to tell whether we managed it.
A cadence that survives a bad week
A publishing rhythm agreed in the first session and built to hold in the week everything goes wrong. A cadence that only works when the week is calm is not a cadence, so we set one you can still keep when it is not.
A review loop you keep
A repeatable way of looking at what you published and deciding what to change next. It is run on your own content during the accelerator, so by the end it is a habit you already have rather than a document you were given.
A written 90 day report
At the end, a written report: what changed over the ninety days, what worked, what did not, and what to keep doing. It is written up in the accelerator workspace and it is yours to keep.
The schedule
Six sessions, and you get all six dates on day one.
Sessions land on days 1, 15, 29, 43, 57 and 85. They are not all the same length: the first is longer because it has to work out where you are before it can teach you anything, and on a group the last one is longer so the closing review can go round everybody.
| Session | Day | Solo | Group |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session 1 | Day 1 | 90 min | 90 min |
| Session 2 | Day 15 | 60 min | 60 min |
| Session 3 | Day 29 | 60 min | 60 min |
| Session 4 | Day 43 | 60 min | 60 min |
| Session 5 | Day 57 | 60 min | 60 min |
| Session 6 | Day 85 | 60 min | 90 min |
Day numbers count from kick-off, so session one is day 1. The lengths are what gets booked by default; once a curriculum is bound to your accelerator, its own lesson lengths take over.
How it works
Four steps, ninety days.
- 01
The teardown
You ask for a teardown. We look at your channels, then we get on a short call: what we would change first, and whether an accelerator is the right thing for you at all. No deck, and no sales sequence waiting behind it.
- 02
We agree the shape
Solo or group, which level, who is taking part, and what it costs. The price is settled here, before anything is booked. On a group we also agree whether it is one invoice for the whole thing or one per participant.
- 03
Kick-off
Kick-off builds the engagement inside the accelerator workspace: a project, all six sessions in the calendar on the days they fall, a set of notes for each session, and the report. The curriculum version you start on is fixed at that moment, so the material cannot change underneath you part way through.
- 04
Ninety days, then the report
Six sessions between day 1 and day 85, each one written up in its own set of notes, and a written report at the end of the 90 days.
What kick-off sets up
The work has somewhere to live.
Kick-off builds the accelerator inside Deaku rather than leaving it in a calendar invite and a shared folder.
One workspace it all lands in
The accelerator runs in a Deaku workspace, and everything kick-off creates lands there: the project, the six calendar entries, the notes and the report. The calls are held in the chat channel that workspace already has, so the plan, the sessions and the work sit in one place instead of across six tabs and an inbox.
Six sessions in the calendar
All six are booked at kick-off, on the day and at the time they fall, rather than chased one at a time. You can see the whole ninety days on the day it starts.
Notes written up per session
Each session has its own notes in the workspace, so what was agreed is written down where you can find it rather than left in the memory of whoever happened to be on the call.
The material you are taught from
The curriculum is versioned, and yours is pinned at kick-off. If we revise the material afterwards, the revision applies to accelerators that start later, never to one already running.
Questions
The ones we get asked first.
